The Tool Room is one of the core strengths of our company. Our modern tooling abilities comprise of an assortment of CNC Machining Centers, equipped with state of the art CAD/ CAM softwares. Thus we are capable of achieving complicated design solutions for manufacturing of forging and shearing dies. In ‘HR’, the accurate tooling lays the foundation stone in attaining the consistent quality levels. So be it the stamping moulds made on the EDM (Electric Discharge Machines) or different grinders that make all sorts of broaching tools, we have got all the solutions under one roof.

Our production is based on the time tested priciples of ‘JIT’ (Just in Time) and ‘TQM’ (Total Quality Management) to keep us abreast with the huge spectrum of products which are forged with immaculate precision. Our 15 different forging lines perform this task with great finesse and produce over 100,000 forgings per day thus making us the leaders in quality and production capabilities.

 

Machine Shop

Our machine shop boasts not only of its massive size but also of the highest quality machining on our products to maintain their critical dimensions precisely within the tolerance. This is achieved with multiple CNC lines and SPMs (Special Purpose Machines). The magnificent knuckle joint presses are used for coining and gives the desired impression on to the spanners.

The very important anti corrosive property, good looks and smooth finish of our products is the contribution from our brilliant Electroplating section where in a deposition of a fine layer of Nickel and Chrome is achieved in accordance with the set standards. Our top of the line electroplating systems include separate rotomatic tanks for Zinc plating, Satin finish, and Gloss & Matt finish in Nickel Plating. We also have the latest testing equipments of the era which includes the Thickness Testing Machine and the Salt Spray Apparatus. These help us determine the durability of our tools against the vagaries of climatic conditions.

HR is an environmentally aware organization and the certification ISO 14000 : 2004 is another giant leap forward in making our production facility a ‘Green’ Plant. We are thus bound by our commitment to chemically treat all the effluents discharged by the electroplating section thereby avoiding the degradation of our surroundings.
